Overview As CRM Lifecycle Lead, you own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy to activate, retain and reactivate users, using data-driven insights to personalize communications. You lead multi-team projects, shaping impactful lifecycle programs that scale with the company’s growth. You’ll test, learn, and iterate to improve engagement and business results, while aligning initiatives with company OKRs.
