Overview In this role you will support and further develop the Medallia and SnapLogic platforms used by Schneider’s Customer Voice program. You will work closely with product owners and cross-functional teams to refine requirements, adapt platform architecture, and implement user-facing features. You’ll deliver fast, practical solutions for diverse clients and lead L2 end-user support while coordinating with vendors and delivery teams. You will help drive adoption of the CX platform within Schneider and contribute to a customer-centric transformation.
