Overview As Engineering Manager for Softonic’s Native team, you guide the people and technical direction behind our mobile apps and their backend services. You’ll lead up to two engineering teams, stay hands-on with architecture reviews, and tackle React Native or Kotlin issues when needed. You’ll collaborate with the Director of Engineering to balance delivery, growth, and technical excellence while shaping the Native roadmap to align with company goals. This role offers impact across product, platform, and user experience at scale.
