Overview In this role, you will orchestrate end-to-end training operations across the EMEA region for AWS Training & Certification. You’ll ensure smooth delivery of virtual and in-person trainings, manage trainer resources, LMS provisioning, and billing to support a seamless customer experience. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to align schedules, contracts, and compliance, driving scalable processes in a fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity to shape regional training operations at a general cloud leader.

ResponsabilidadesOversee full lifecycle of training deliveries in EMEA, including contracting, trainer resourcing, LMS setup and billingProcess digital team subscriptions and provisioning for AWS Skill BuilderEvaluate training requests and assign trainers to meet customer needs while maximizing regional utilizationSupport trainer scheduling, time blocks, and rescheduling to ensure delivery continuityMonitor hotlines and provide actionable recommendations during last-minute changes to minimize disruptionMaintain high data accuracy across LMS, Salesforce,
