Overview In this role you drive general P&C; digitalisation and HR data initiatives, coordinating cross-country implementations and improving HR applications and reporting. You will work with stakeholders to define system requirements, test and train users, and enhance onboarding, offboarding, and data quality. The position sits at the intersection of HR, IT and analytics, enabling data-driven decisions and better people processes. You’ll partner with internal teams and external partners to deliver value in a dynamic international environment.
