Silversea is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager/Butler Manager to lead all housekeeping operations aboard our cruise vessel in Spain, delivering high-quality service to guests and crew. You will drive standards, supervise staff, control inventories and budgets, ensure Public Health compliance, and mentor the Butler Manager to prepare for succession. A proven background in hospitality, budget oversight and exceptional guest service is essential to maintain Silversea’s premium experience.
