Overview In this founding role, you will help build a new Factorial product from the ground up to scale impact and revenue. You’ll shape the design foundations and establish how design works across the company, working closely with product and engineering from discovery to implementation. You’ll turn ambiguous problems into simple, elegant solutions that drive business outcomes and user value. This is a fast-paced, hands-on opportunity to influence product strategy, roadmap, and design culture in a scrappy startup environment.
