Overview As Test Leader, you define and drive the overall testing strategy to ensure product quality and compliance. You coordinate verification, validation and certification activities across system levels, and manage integration and reliability testing with traceability to requirements. You serve as the central planning contact, aligning plans with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions. This role sits at the heart of quality, certification and product readiness in a sustainability-focused, high-automation environment.
