Overview In this role you act as a consultant for process experts on KPI-related topics and own the creation and management of reports and dashboards in ServiceNow. You ensure the quality and sustainability of the existing reporting system and help optimize operational units with clear, user-friendly solutions. You join a motivated, international team at the intersection of agility and security within Schwarz Digits. You will contribute to data-driven decision making and digital transformation across Europe.
