Overview In this role you lead business operations across Statistical Programming & Analysis clusters, aligning resource management, performance tracking, and compliance with organizational goals. You will partner with Chapter Leads, Product Leads, and Mission Leads to ensure transparent execution and continuous improvement, enabling leaders to focus on strategy and capability development. You drive transformation initiatives, governance, and cross-functional collaboration, leveraging AI- and automation-enabled improvements to boost efficiency and quality. This is a pivotal role shaping operational excellence within a research-focused, matrix organization.
