Overview As a strategic operations leader, you will shape the integral, AI-enabled Customer Success function and drive value across markets. You will replace fragmented local practices with scalable, global ways of working while staying responsive to local realities. You’ll own data-driven initiatives, design AI-first use cases, and coordinate cross-functional programs with high visibility. This role offers real ownership, impact at scale, and the chance to build a data/AI-first CS organization from the ground up.
