Overview In this role you will lead the creation and development of breakthrough skincare formulations from concept through scale-up and launch within Puig’s premium beauty portfolio. You’ll work in a modern R&D; setting to test ingredients, evaluate performance, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance, collaborating with packaging and manufacturing teams to deliver consumer-ready products. You will contribute to category innovation and stay ahead of trends in a fast-growing, sustainability-conscious brand ecosystem.
