We are looking for an experienced Observability Engineer to join an international technology team focused on improving visibility, reliability and operational intelligence across a large-scale enterprise environment. What you'll be doing You'll play a key role in building and evolving a visibility platform that enables engineering and operations teams to better understand system performance, detect anomalies faster and proactively address issues before they impact users. Your responsibilities will include:

Designing and enhancing observability capabilities across applications, infrastructure and network environments. Translating business and technical requirements into meaningful monitoring and analytics solutions. Building a unified view of system health through metrics, logs and network telemetry. Driving automation initiatives to reduce operational overhead and improve service reliability. Integrating observability capabilities into modern software delivery and CI/CD processes. Identifying patterns and opportunities within large volumes of operational data to improve performance and decision-making. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure platform scalability and continuous improvement. Exploring how AI and machine learning can enhance incident detection, root cause analysis and operational efficiency.

What we're looking for Technical Experience

5+ years working within enterprise-scale technology environments. Strong understanding of infrastructure, networking and distributed systems. Experience with observability, monitoring, performance analysis or platform engineering. Hands-on experience with scripting and automation. Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps practices. Experience working with source code repositories and modern delivery pipelines.
