Overview In this role you will manage end-to-end service delivery for a defined client portfolio, acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. You will oversee governance, onboarding, training, and escalation, while driving standardization and process improvements. You’ll coordinate across stakeholders, lead client events and runbooks, and report client metrics to senior leadership. This position supports a high-impact client service model within JP Morgan Asset & Wealth Management, with opportunities to influence governance and corporate actions at scale.
