Overview In this evergreen role, you help drive clinical studies for a strategic sponsor in a highly collaborative, quality-focused environment. Based in Spain with remote options, you will monitor sites, ensure trials align with protocol and standards, and support study setup and regulatory activities. You may train junior staff and engage directly with clients, contributing to study progress and proposal work. This position offers ongoing opportunities to grow within a fast-paced, cross-border CRO setting.

ResponsabilidadesMonitor progress of clinical studies at investigative sites and ensure compliance with protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP and applicable regulationsCoordinate study setup and monitoring activities (identify investigators, regulatory submissions, pre-study and initiation visits)Support trials across various sizes and scopes and assist the study teamTrain and mentor junior staffInteract with clients, initiate payments,



and contribute to proposals and client presentations Requisitos principales4-year college degree or equivalent experienceCRA certificateMinimum 5 years of CRA/SCRA experience in CRO, pharma, biotech, or medical device environmentsExtensive experience in IVD, oncology, infectious diseases and gastrointestinal studiesProven experience monitoring studies across multiple European countries (Germany, France, UK, Denmark)Availability for domestic travel up to 50–60% (international travel for senior roles)Fluency in Spanish and English; additional language skills are a pluscalm and thoughtfuldetail-orientedresponsive and proactiveICH-GCP knowledge and complianceStudy start-up activities experienceRegulatory submissions coordination
