Spanish fluency is required as part of this role. 2-3+ years of experience

as a Business Data Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role. Strong proficiency with

SQL

for data analysis and reporting. Experience working with

data visualization and BI tools

such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Solid knowledge of

data analysis, reporting, and business requirements gathering , and version control tools such as Git. Familiarity with

stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration . Proven experience translating

business needs into data-driven insights and recommendations . Advanced

proficiency in Spanish

(written and spoken). Strong

analytical thinking, problem-solving skills , and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using

SQL and BI tools . Gather, document, and validate business requirements from key stakeholders. Collaborate with business teams and technical teams to deliver effective

data-driven solutions . Participate in

stakeholder meetings, workshops,



and business analysis activities . Implement and monitor

data quality and reporting standards . Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in
