Overview In this role you will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for Senior and niche engineering roles, shaping Preply’s technical talent strategy. You’ll partner with Engineering leaders to understand needs, propose realistic hiring plans, and build credible sourcing and assessment approaches. You’ll drive data-informed decisions, calibrate hiring standards, and raise the bar across the Engineering hiring function. This is a high-impact role at a fast-growing unicorn, focused on AI/ML and other specialist domains that power our product. You’ll join a collaborative, high-performance Talent Acquisition team that values craft, coaching, and cross-functional impact.
