Base Salary + Uncapped Trailing Commission Structure

(Year 1 average €36k+ / Year 2 €51k+ / Year 3 €75k+)

What you have:
2-7 years in a metric-based (KPIs/Targets) Sales Role (B2C, B2B, SDR, BDR)
Experience in a phone-based environment (outbound or cold calling beneficial)
Strong desire for career progression and development with proven track of their results
Motivation to earn commission
English-speaker
EU passport holder
