Overview In this role you join Henkel’s Global eCommerce Team to shape and execute the eCommerce strategy for the Adhesives unit. You will harness online data to drive decisions on assortment, pricing, placement, promotions, and product innovation, influencing cross-functional teams and external partners. You’ll act as a change agent to advance digital transformation and enable data-driven management of consumer behavior insights at scale. The role offers meaningful impact through collaboration with global and local teams, agencies, and tools to optimize performance across markets. This is a hands-on, analytics-driven position for someone who thrives on turning data into strategic actions.
