Overview In this role you enable high-performing, cross-functional teams to deliver digital initiatives within Scrum and SAFe. You act as a servant leader and Agile coach, driving maturity and predictable, value-driven delivery. You partner with business and IT stakeholders to foster continuous improvement and scalable Agile adoption. ResponsabilidadesCoach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile mindset, Scrum, and SAFe practicesEnable self-organizing, autonomous Agile teams and foster continuous learningSupport onboarding and scaling of Agile teams across programsPromote knowledge sharing through Agile communities of practiceFacilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, RetrospectivesSupport SAFe events including PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, and ART SyncsAlign team execution with program-level objectivesDrive consistent Agile ways of working across teams and external partnersIdentify and remove impediments impacting team effectivenessOptimize flow using metrics such as lead time, cycle time,
