- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformities during both project development and serial production phases. (Metrics: Issue closure rate; 8D reports) Process Audit & Performance Evaluation

- Carry out regular supplier process audits, evaluate periodic supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. (Metrics: PPAP submission rate; parts delivery quality & on-time delivery) Full Life-Cycle Material Quality Control

- Manage quality assurance across the entire material life cycle, from raw materials through to mass production. (Metric: Problem-solving effectiveness) Supplier Capability Development





- Support and coach suppliers to upgrade their quality management systems and processes. (Metrics: PPM, MIS) Supplier Quality Target & Performance Monitoring

- Define, track, and enforce supplier quality KPIs. (Metrics: PPM, MIS) Change Management

- Monitor supplier engineering change processes and initiate re-audits when required. (Metric: Change management compliance) Capacity Assessment & PPAP Release

- Evaluate supplier production capacity and authorize PPAP sign-off with PSW issuance. (Metric: PSW released on schedule)
