Overview In this role you will design and optimize Wallbox’s global compensation, benefits, and equity programs to attract and retain talent across regions. You will shape compensation architecture, administer equity plans, and oversee total rewards initiatives to support rapid, international growth. You’ll partner with Finance, Sales, and HR to ensure pay transparency and regulatory compliance while driving employee engagement. This position offers the chance to impact how Wallbox rewards a global workforce and supports its mission in the EV ecosystem.
