Tasks

- Content from idea to publication: plan formats, build feed and content calendars and execute them – from caption to finished reel. Edit at high speed, apply hooks, subtitles and formatting, and prepare everything for publishing.
- Shoots at the club and at events: capture real moments with children and families, guide educators and parents confidently in front of the camera, and strictly follow our consent and data-protection guidelines.
- Photo content & editing: photography, image selection and editing using modern AI tools.
- Brand representation: produce content for Narelo's own channels and appear on camera yourself.

Requirements

- A professional, warm presence – you're natural with children and parents and communicate fluently in English.
- Speed over perfection: you work confidently with templates and clear processes.
- Real experience filming and editing social media content,



including tools like CapCut or similar.
- You live in or are willing to relocate to Marbella.

What This Role Is Not

- Not an entry-level role without real experience in video production and social media content
- Not a position for creative self-expression
