Experteer Overview As an IT- SAP ERP QM specialist, you will implement and optimize SAP QM solutions to support quality management in a manufacturing/aerospace context. You will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure reliable system performance and user satisfaction.
You’ll lead end-to-end QM projects, develop documentation, and train users while staying current with SAP QM best practices. Your work helps sustain compliance and continuous improvement across SAP-integrated modules.

Analyze, design, and implement SAP QM solutions with configuration and integration to SAP modules (PP, MM, SD, PM)
Provide expert support for SAP QM functionalities, including incident resolution and performance optimization
Lead and participate in SAP QM projects from requirements to go-live and post-implementation support
Develop and maintain documentation for SAP QM processes, configurations, and user guides
Conduct user training and ongoing support for SAP QM functionalities
Collaborate with process owners to identify improvement opportunities and propose QM solutions
Perform system testing (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure quality and integrity of solutions




Stay updated with SAP QM technologies and best practices to enhance capabilities

Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements Responsabilidades

Responsabilidades

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ERP QM module configuration, implementation, and support
Strong understanding of quality management processes in manufacturing or aerospace

Proven experience with SAP QM: Quality Inspection, Planning, Certificates, Notifications, Audit Management

Familiarity with SAP QM integrations to PP, MM, SD, PM
Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies and ITIL frameworks
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in Spanish and English
Ability to work independently and in a team within a complex international environment

SAP QM certification is highly desirable
