OverviewAs a Tech Venturing & Innovation Sr. Analyst you will need to be at the forefront of cutting-edge technologies. You will need to develop new partnerships across the organization and with external partners to build future capabilities together for PepsiCo’s operation. You will drive the startup research, analysis & evaluations and lead the rapid pilot onboarding process.ResponsibilitiesStreamline working processes with support functions such as EA (Enterprise Architecture), Info Security, Legal, Finance, etc.Partner with project leaders to create project deliverablesDevelop briefs for new technical capabilitiesEvaluate startups or other solutions using data-based approaches and drive the cross-functional selection processLead the rapid pilot onboarding process and own vendor managementLead the startup use case research, analysis & evaluation of solution fit to use caseBe the face of PepLabs; act as the “eyes and ears” for the organization to source the best emerging tech solutionsBuild use case assessment criteria to systematically evaluate which startup’s technology & overall solution has potential to solve the use caseAssess competencies vs. Use caseEngage & coordinate cross functional SMEs input to assessment criteriaProvide process and pilot thought partnership to business partners and Senior ExecutivesMaintain an external mindset, including staying on top of consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic / technology trendsLead project management across the team and support governance and reportingContribute to capability building for the entire PepsiCo Labs function (e.G., Training, Knowledge Management, Process documentation,
