Overview In this role, you lead the lifecycle of Moody’s Global Match, a scalable entity matching platform that connects data ingestion, search relevance, and customer integrations. You’ll translate complex requirements into clear product work, drive the roadmap, and partner with engineering and data teams to deliver measurable improvements. You help shape AI-enabled risk analytics within Moody’s Data & Information Technology team, influencing how clients access and trust data. You’ll operate cross-functionally to balance user value, technical effort, and risk while delivering impact.

ResponsabilidadesOwn and advance the entity matching platform from discovery to post-launch iterationManage Moody’s Integral Match product lifecycle and roadmap based on value and impactWrite clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for technical and non-technical audiencesDefine and monitor product and pipeline performance measures (match accuracy, latency, throughput, data quality, adoption)Lead agile ceremonies (planning, backlog, stand-ups, retros) to enable predictable deliveryEngage stakeholders through structured interviews, usability testing, and solution validationCoordinate with integration partners and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable workOversee data ingestion lifecycle roadmap (sources, processing, storage, indexing, quality)Collaborate with engineering on data normalization, embedding,



indexing, retrieval, and search relevance decisionsImprove workflows to reduce delivery friction and boost measurable product improvements Requisitos principales5-8 years of product management experience leading a technically complex product (API, data platform) from discovery through launch and iterating post-launchStrong knowledge of entity resolution, entity matching, reference data management, data ingestion pipelines, and ETL/ELT workflowsTechnical fluency in search and data architecture (OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, data normalization, embedding models, vector databases, indexing, retrieval)Ability to translate engineering and user needs into clear requirements, stories, acceptance criteria, roadmaps, and prioritiesCross-functional leadership and stakeholder management with engineering, data, design, customer success, and partnersProficiency with agile delivery methods, product metrics, user research, and data-driven decision makingUnderstanding of Generative AI technologies and their product applicationsFamiliarity with batch processing, search relevance, ML ranking, generative AI, or risk data platforms (preferred)Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s preferred in related fieldsCross-functional collaborationStakeholder managementStructured interview and usability testingOpenSearch/ElasticsearchData normalizationEmbedding models
