We are seeking an experienced Land Development Manager to join our team and support the development of complex data center projects in Spain. This is an exciting opportunity for a development professional with strong expertise in real estate planning, zoning and permitting, who is looking to contribute to high-impact infrastructure projects within a dynamic and international environment. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate land development activities, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to deliver construction-ready sites. Lead land development activities across multiple data center projects. Drive zoning, planning, permitting and site development processes through to construction-ready status. Coordinate with Acquisition, Construction, Engineering & Design, Utilities, Fiber, Environmental, Water, Power, Procurement and Legal teams. Develop and maintain permitting schedules, ensuring coordination of project interdependencies and milestones. Establish effective collaboration with local, regional and national authorities in Spain. Prepare project status reports, schedule updates, risk assessments, business cases and executive presentations. Identify project challenges and implement practical solutions to ensure successful delivery.



Promote effective development practices and cross-functional collaboration across projects. 5–10 years of experience in project management and/or program management. ~ Strong knowledge of real estate planning and development, including zoning, permitting, planning permissions, utility delivery and off-site infrastructure upgrade agreements. Fluent Spanish and business-level English. ~ Experience working in fast-paced environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. ~ Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience working with Spanish public administrations. ~ Ability to develop and manage permitting schedules and understand project interdependencies. ~ Experience preparing strategic plans, executive presentations and comprehensive project documentation. Previous experience in data center development or other complex infrastructure projects. Experience in regional development strategies and large-scale real estate projects.
