Senior Corporate Counsel to serve as the primary legal advisor to the Spanish affiliate during the launch and commercialization of its first oncology product. Initially reporting to the VP, Legal, Europe, with a strong dotted reporting line to the General Manager, Spain, this role will provide practical, risk-based legal advice across commercial operations, market access, pricing and reimbursement, public procurement and tendering, competition law, healthcare compliance, contracting, litigation and external stakeholder engagement. Once recruited, the incumbent will report to the Associate General Counsel, Europe. The successful candidate will be a proactive business partner who balances legal risk with commercial objectives in a fast-paced launch environment.
