Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Support OHS strategy definition and implementation.
- Risk Assessments: Conduct workplace risk assessments and track preventive measures.
- Inspections & Audits: Lead safety inspections and audits across facilities.
- Incident Investigation: Analyze accidents to identify root causes and corrective actions.
- Advisory & Training: Advise departments and coordinate safety training initiatives.
- External Coordination: Manage safety compliance with contractors and third parties.
- Continuous Improvement: Support projects on ergonomics and production safety.
- Compliance: Maintain OHS documentation and ensure legal compliance.
