Leading and managing interdisciplinary project teams to carry out technical due diligence projects and monitoring projects for property or portfolio transactions
Coordination of internal and external consultants and harmonisation of CapEx tables and benchmarks
Delivering a range of building surveying services including technical due diligence and project monitoring
Take ownership of service workload and gain project lead status in the near future
Support with end-to-end business development opportunities and provide excellent service to clients, supporting their needs
Independently building and maintaining a relevant network in the property industry
Successfully completed studies in the fields of civil engineering, MEP engineering, architecture, industrial engineering or comparable technical training
2+years practical building surveying/consultancy experience in Real Estate
Experience with real estate sectors such as hospitality, logistics, retail, or offices
High level of self-motivation, good communication skills and assertiveness
Enjoy working in interdisciplinary and international project teams




Very good knowledge of Spanish and English Knowledge of the
German language would be an advantage but not mandatory
