WHAT WILL YOU DO? We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks: Define and implement the architecture of the agentic platform. Lead delivery of agent orchestration, LLM Gateway, memory, skills and agent frameworks. Design the Agent Registry for governance, lifecycle management and versioning. Establish agent evaluation capabilities including ground truth, experiments, release gates, business metrics and improvement loops. Lead the Connection Layer covering MCPs, tools access, third-party APIs and agent-to-agent integration. Provide technical direction, engineering standards and hands-on support to the team. Engage directly with stakeholders and convert platform objectives into deliverable solutions.

WHAT TECHNOLOGIES, METHODOLOGIES OR TOOLS WILL YOU USE? AI/ML Platforms Generative AI (GenAI) Large Language Models (LLMs) Agent Frameworks Agent Registry Model Context Protocol (MCP) Python AWS WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Years' experience:

8 to 10 years English: C1 Spanish: Native

University degree or equivalent professional experience in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Engineering or a related discipline Deep hands-on experience with AI/ML and GenAI platform engineering. Strong knowledge of LLM application architecture and agentic AI patterns. Experience with orchestration, model gateways, memory, tools and agent frameworks. Experience designing APIs,



integration layers and platform services. Technical leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams. Ability to build production platforms, not only provide architectural recommendations. Experience in enterprise or regulated environments.
