Job Description:

PROSPECCION_FUNCTIONAL PROFILES JUNIOR Functional Analyst Junior – Required Skills JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / ROLE * Gather and document business requirements under the guidance of senior functional analysts. * Support the definition and documentation of end-to-end business processes. * Collaborate with IT teams to clarify functional requirements. * Prepare functional documentation (Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Process Flows, User Stories). * Support the definition, preparation and execution of functional and UAT test cases. * Assist in project tracking, reporting and status updates. * Work effectively with different business and technology stakeholders. MANDATORY SKILLS * Proactive attitude with strong willingness to learn. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Basic understanding of financial products, preferably within Wholesale Banking (knowledge of FX, Fixed Income or Rates is a plus). * Basic understanding of APIs, REST services and databases is desirable. * Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to work in an international environment. * Language: High level of English (B2).



Nice to Have * Previous internship or 1–2 years of experience in banking or financial services. * Exposure to Capital Markets or CIB environments. * Basic knowledge of derivatives or structured products. * Experience working with Jira, Confluence or similar tolos.
