We are looking for a Martech Manager who will be responsible for the evolution and interconnection of CELO's marketing technology stack — PIM, corporate websites (Magnolia CMS, Prestashop, Shopify), HubSpot CRM, Zapier and other own-built or third-party tools — ensuring everything runs to its full potential and supports CELO's marketing objectives.

What will your responsibilities be?

- Hands-on web development in Magnolia CMS (front-end and back-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java), bug fixing and server resource optimization, without depending on an external provider for every need.

- End-to-end project management (from conception to deployment, with methodology) for websites, PIM, CRM and other marketing applications, coordinating external providers and agencies for major developments.

- Systems integration: connecting PIM, CMS, CRM and own-built/third-party tools using low-code platforms (Zapier) and APIs.

- HubSpot optimization through workflows, automations and Operations low-code tools.

- Technical SEO implementation in coordination with the SEO agency.

- Planning and budgeting of marketing tools, integrations and platforms, together with the Corporate Marketing Manager.

- Documentation, testing and continuous improvement of tools, workflows and integrations.

What are we looking for?

- Solid knowledge of web architecture

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with basic knowledge of Java for back-end development





- Solid understanding of JSON and XML data formats

- Experience working with enterprise-level CMS platforms

- Experience in system integration via REST APIs

- Experience applying Agile methodologies to project management

- Experience with project and ticketing tools (Asana, JIRA, Profit)

- Strong organizational skills: multitasking, rigor, attention to detail and respect for budget and deadlines

- Fluent command of English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

- Experience with Magnolia CMS.

- Experience with low-code / no-code automation tools (e.g. Zapier, n8n).

- Working knowledge of SEO.

- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as GA4, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager.

- Experience with Pimcore or other PIM systems.

- Experience with HubSpot.

- Experience developing with Node JS and ReactJS.
