The role

You will join our established New Business & Onboarding team. The team is the first point of contact for new members and advisory firms, and it makes sure everything coming through the door meets our regulatory and internal standards. The work is varied, detailed and important, and you will have experienced colleagues to support you from day one.

What you will do

- Review pension member applications for completeness, accuracy and compliance with our requirements
- Understand new business enquiries from advisers and members, and reply to them clearly and promptly
- Review terms of business applications and supporting due diligence for advisory firms located around the world
- Carry out reviews of individual advisers
- Follow up missing information and chase outstanding requirements
- Keep accurate records and help the team meet its service standards

What we are looking for

- Fluent English, written and spoken. This is our working language,



and you will be dealing with clients and advisers internationally
- Excellent attention to detail. You spot what is missing, what does not add up and what needs a second look
- Assertiveness and confidence to push back, ask the right questions and hold firm on requirements
- Strong organisation, and the ability to manage a varied workload against deadlines
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Experience in pensions, financial services, compliance or onboarding is an advantage but not essential. Full training is provided
