VeraContent is a multilingual content agency that helps general brands and institutions craft high-quality content across languages and markets. Our team of language professionals, editors and strategists works together to create meaningful stories, especially when those stories involve complex topics and specialized audiences.

We’re currently partnering with a valued client in the education sector to strengthen the website content for its architecture and design school, and we’re looking for a writer connected to that world to help the messaging land with the right people.

This freelance role is ideal for writers with real experience in or around the architecture, design, real estate or fashion design industries, who can write in a way that feels credible to people already working in the field, while still speaking to those just discovering it.

About the Project

The goal of this project is to revise and elevate the existing website content for the school so the messaging genuinely resonates on both ends: with prospective students who are just starting to explore the field, and with design and architecture professionals, faculty and industry partners who already live in that world day to day.

Main Responsibilities

- Review and rewrite existing website content so it speaks credibly to industry professionals while remaining inspiring and approachable for newcomers
- Be able to review and implement pre-developed narrative blueprints and messaging into your texts in a way that feels credible and authentic
- Write with fluency across the range of disciplines the school and its programs touch: architecture,



real estate, design and fashion design
- Collaborate closely with our internal editorial and brand team throughout the revision process
- Develop a short writing style guide capturing best practices for this messaging, to support the team’s future writing on this topic

Requirements

- Native English speaker or fully bilingual in Spanish
- Real experience in or around architecture, design, real estate or fashion design (professional, editorial or journalistic)
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone across audiences
- Experience with institutional, higher-education or industry-focused content is a plus
- Reliable, detail-oriented and comfortable working through collaborative revision rounds
- Based in Madrid is preferred, not a strict requirement
- Ability to attend onboarding meetings with stakeholders
