Job Description
Role: As we grow to 300m+ passengers, we’ve got big plans and we’re looking for an experienced, gutsy and passionate marketing executive to drive our communications forward. If you think you have what it takes, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Flights Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering effective, customer-focused communications.
- Work closely with the Commercial team to deliver joint advertising campaigns and performance reports.
- Support the creation, delivery and reporting of promotional campaigns.
- Act as the main point of contact for external partners, such as Tourism Ireland and Calabria.
- Collaborate with our internal Creative Studio,
Social team and media agency, Dentsu, to deliver highly creative campaigns that engage and excite customers while reflecting Ryanair’s unique tone of voice.
- Liaise with the Web and CRM teams to ensure campaigns are optimised for each channel, with tailored executions that maximise engagement.
- Develop a strong understanding of our customer base and how promotional activity can help deliver key business KPIs.
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in similar role.
- Third level qualification in Marketing or related field.
- A real can-do attitude, multi tasker and a willingness to throw your yourself in and learn on the job.
- Ability to multi-task effectively and work to tight deadlines.
- Extremely organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience managing teams essentials.
- Self starter and team player.
- Fluent in English.
