5 Real Estate is an award winning international estate agent with 8 offices in the Costa Blanca and Murcia Regions. We are currently recruiting for a multilingual Client Liaison Executive who is hardworking, confident, and customer service-focused to work from our Los Alcazares office.

Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the first point of contact and front of house for all clients, offering a warm, welcoming, and professional experience
· Handle and follow up on inbound leads over the phone and email, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients
· Ensuring all client information is up-to-date and accurate on our CRM system
· Ensure strict attention to detail in all tasks, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency
· Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:




· Fluent in English & Spanish with additional languages advantageous
· Previous experience in a customer-facing role
· Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
· Proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
· A professional and friendly demeanour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 1,500.00€ per month
