Overview

In this role you will lead a global accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and continuous process improvements. You will manage close processes, intercompany and balance sheet activities, and support management reporting within a multinational/SSC setting. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive KPI reporting and SOX compliance while contributing to finance transformation efforts. Responsabilidades

- Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals to sustain a high-performing culture
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities with timely and accurate completion
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and intercompany accounts for internal controls and US GAAP compliance
- Conduct financial statement reviews, analyze balance sheet and P&L; fluctuations, and support management reporting
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations




- Monitor KPIs and drive service excellence while supporting SOX compliance and audits
- Manage fixed asset accounting processes
- Identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives
- Contribute to finance transformation projects and strategic initiatives

Requisitos principales

- 3+ years of accounting experience in a multinational or SSC environment
- Previous people management or supervisory experience
- Continuous improvement mindset with focus on developing people and driving efficiencies
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of SAP and BW/HANA
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with financial reporting, month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial analysis
- SOX compliance and audit experience preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proactive, results-oriented, able to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Adaptable team player with a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge
