Overview

In this role, you will design and deliver Horse Powertrain’s general Learning & Development strategy to close skills gaps and strengthen cross-country capabilities. You will steer end-to-end learning programmes and ensure quality across vendors, content, and platforms. You’ll lead LMS governance, data integrity, and learner experience while coordinating adoption through 12 countries. Your work will support Corporate, Industry, Technology, and AI academies to drive continuous improvement in learning, analytics, and technology. Responsabilidades

- Define and deliver the annual global Learning & Development plan based on skills gap and training needs analyses
- Manage end-to-end delivery of global learning programmes and initiatives
- Oversee content vendor performance, SLAs, quality standards, and delivery priorities
- Lead LMS governance, content management, data integrity, and learner experience across countries
- Coordinate the deployment and adoption of learning programmes across 12 countries through local L&D; teams
- Establish and support Corporate, Industry, Technology, and AI Academies




- Monitor compliance training completion, programme effectiveness, and key L&D; KPIs
- Drive continuous improvement of learning processes, technologies, and learning architecture

Requisitos principales

- A proven track record in Learning & Development programme management and LMS administration
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate qualification or MBA preferred
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication
- Strong competencies in project management and HR analytics, with a collaborative approach
- Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; Spanish will be valued
- Experience managing external vendors, global learning programmes, and multiple stakeholders across countries
- Proficiency in LMS platforms, Power BI, and Microsoft Office tools
