Overview

As a Junior Data Analyst at Holded, you will support Product and Business teams with data insights, dashboards, and metrics. You’ll join a growing data organization and progress toward ownership across analytics engineering and data engineering. You’ll work on cross-functional initiatives that shape product launches, semantic metrics, and data quality. This is a growth-focused role with a clear path to technical expansion and greater impact.

Responsabilidades

- Build and improve dashboards used by Product and Business teams
- Answer data questions and help teams understand business trends
- Support product launches by defining metrics and validating tracking
- Develop data models using dbt
- Contribute to shared metrics and a common semantic layer
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Business stakeholders




- Expand into analytics engineering and data engineering tasks: advanced data modeling, data quality and observability, and supporting data pipelines

Requisitos principales

- Around 1–3 years of experience in data, analytics, or similar
- Strong SQL
- Some Python experience (a plus)
- Data modeling knowledge
- Experience working close to product and business teams (ideally)
- Interest in Data Engineering as a future path
- Curious mindset and willingness to learn
- Spanish working proficiency, English intermediate
- Based in Barcelona
- Experience with dbt, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager or cloud platforms is a plus but not required
