Overview

As a Capacity Specialist, you help grow and optimize Amazon’s Relay Carrier Supply Base within the Middle Mile Network, driving high-quality and scalable operations. You work with cross-functional teams to source carriers, onboard partners, and implement capacity-building plans. You’ll analyze performance metrics, apply data-driven insights, and collaborate with tech teams to enhance the Relay platform. Your work supports a more reliable, cost-conscious, and sustainable supply chain that delights customers. This role blends operational excellence with innovation to shape Amazon’s logistics network.

Responsabilidades

- Source carriers to expand our partner portfolio
- Identify gaps in carrier liquidity and implement capacity-boosting actions
- Manage carrier onboarding and set high safety, performance, and process standards
- Lead Continuous Improvement with carriers and develop SOPs




- Collaborate with tech teams on Relay platform features for process improvement
- Support project delivery ensuring Amazon requirements are met by Line Haul carriers
- Work across the EU in a cross-functional environment

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience in operations/supply chain
- Experience in requirements definition and data-driven improvements
- Basic Excel skills
