Overview

In this role you will build and scale Mango’s Commercial Creator Program from the ground up, turning creators into a direct driver of product discovery, content, and sales. You will own the creator ecosystem, from recruitment to activation, ensuring activations are linked to business results and culturally relevant. You’ll work across product launches and marketing moments to keep Mango relevant in social conversations while optimizing performance. This is a chance to shape a scalable, data-driven creator strategy at a global fashion brand.

Responsabilidades

- Recruit, onboard and grow a scalable creator community aligned with Mango's objectives
- Identify high-potential creators and foster long-term relationships
- Define creator segments and activation strategies
- Develop initiatives to boost engagement, participation and retention
- Own the creator activation calendar across product launches and campaigns
- Create creator communications, briefs and content opportunities
- Coordinate product seeding and access for timely content
- Design activation mechanics to motivate participation and performance
- Ensure a constant flow of creator content around launches and moments
- Develop and manage the creator affiliate and incentive model
- Use commissions and paid collaborations to drive results




- Monitor creator content, traffic and sales performance
- Identify top performers and scale their impact
- Continuously test and optimize the program
- Manage creator commerce technology and external partners
- Establish processes for recruitment, onboarding, access and activation
- Automate workflows to scale the community
- Partner with Analytics and Affiliate teams for measurement and attribution
- Build repeatable playbooks for creator-led launches across categories and markets
- Build scalable operating model for creator commerce
- Launch and scale measurement frameworks beyond last-click attribution
- Create best practices for creator-led launches across markets

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years in creator commerce, influencer affiliate, or creator-led eCommerce programs
- Proven track record building or scaling a creator or influencer program with direct commercial outcomes
- Hands-on experience recruiting and activating creator communities at scale
- Experience developing creator compensation models (gifting, commissions, incentives, paid collaborations)
- Experience with creator platforms such as LTK, ShopMy, CreatorIQ, Rakuten or similar
- Experience using performance data to identify high-potential creators and optimize outcomes
- Experience defining attribution/measurement frameworks for influencer or social commerce programs beyond last-click
- Experience in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands is a plus
