¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
The SAP Support Manager is responsible for managing SAP-related process support and the SAP support team at the factory. This role combines business process integration, overall SAP support, and team leadership, serving as the key interface between local end-users and corporate SAP. The manager ensures alignment with global standards, processes, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in a complex multinational landscape.
1. Business Process Support and Integration
- Overall responsibility for SAP support, including satellite systems and interfaces such as EDI.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement SAP-driven improvements to enhance business performance.
- Define functional and process specifications for SAP changes as part of the Change Control procedure.
- Lead local SAP projects and integrate with satellite systems.
- Cooperate constantly with business units, represent local business process needs, and act as the focal point between local users and the integral SAP team.
- Supporting busines units with performing second level transactional investigations after the business did the first level check.
1. Team Management & Development
- Directly manage the local SAP support team.
- Support hiring, and oversee training and knowledge development.
- Manage team tasks,



including prioritization and follow-up.
1. Data Governance and Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure master data integrity and enforce corporate data management standards.
- Support internal and external audits related to IT and business processes (I-SOX, customer audits, etc.).
1. Knowledge Management, Documentation, and Training
- Preserve organizational SAP process knowledge.
- Keep all processes documented and up to date.
- Initiate training sessions.
1. SAP Ecosystem and Satellite System Integration
- Responsible for integrating SAP with third-party and edge systems (BlueOEE, BI-Qlik, etc.).
- Ensure SAP-related processes are well documented, monitored, and supported for operational continuity.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ECC / S/4HANA in one of the following positions by preference: SAP Support Manager, SAP Logistics Trainer, SAP Logistics Key User, SAP Logistics Consultant.
- Experience in SAP logistics modules - PP-PI, MM, WM, SD, QM, HU management.
- Experience integrating with finance modules (FI, CO) is an advantage.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and finance processes is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
