Overview In this role you drive agile delivery within Sanofi's digital healthcare team, guiding cross-functional squads to deliver prioritized features with quality and predictability. You partner with the Product Owner to refine backlogs and align delivery with business value and stakeholder needs. You will foster continuous improvement and data-driven decision making to optimize delivery flow.

Requisitos principales Broad experience in diverse Agile environments and product-centric settings

Experience managing multiple product teams and coordinating across releases

Ability to identify and resolve systemic blockers in Agile environments

Systems thinking to improve delivery predictability

Lean practices experience (Kanban, flow metrics, WIP, value stream mapping) with delivery optimization

Digital Product Management practices knowledge (discovery, OKRs, roadmaps)

Change management experience and adoption of new ways of working

Strong business and market understanding to advance goals

Positive leadership, mentoring, problem solving, conflict resolution

Advanced facilitation and stakeholder alignment skills

Excellent communication, influence, listening, and negotiation abilities

Ability to influence senior teams and lead behavior changes

Collaborative mindset with empathy and relationship-building

Self-motivation, organization, and adaptability in fast-paced environments

Master's Degree or equivalent experience

Certified Scrum Master and/or SAFe certification (CSM, PSM-I)

Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies

Experience delivering technical projects with external vendors

Strong organizational and multi-project management skills

Experience with Jira, Confluence, etc.

Healthcare IT experience a plus
