As an Art Director at Publicis Production, you will shape digital experiences through integrated campaigns and imaginative design. You'll collaborate with a cross-functional team to concept, design, and deliver online and offline executions that resonate with clients. You'll push creative boundaries by exploring AI-enabled approaches to creativity. This role offers exposure to major clients within a data-driven, cross-media production environment and emphasizes learning, teamwork, and impact.

Responsabilidades Participate in the end-to-end creation of campaigns from concept to execution within an integrated team





Proactively propose ideas for clients across the house and engage in open briefs and pro-activities

Collaborate in a cohesive team where ideas are shared and developed collectively

Ideation, creation and presentation of integrated campaigns

Design and execution of online and offline advertising campaigns

Present campaigns directly to clients

Requisitos principales Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field OR +4 years of experience

Knowledge of Adobe Suite and Figma

Strong experience in graphic design and motion graphics

Knowledge and use of AI

Advanced English level (assessed during interview)

Teamwork orientation and a collaborative mindset

Ability to clearly express creative ideas and understand integrated communication

Demonstrable experience designing offline and online campaigns

High involvement, commitment and responsibility teamwork clear communication organization
