In this role you design, build, and deliver AI- and data-driven solutions for clients, spanning data exploration, model development, and deployment on Azure. You work within the Iberia-based EME AI Delivery Hub, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive GenAI and advanced analytics initiatives. You translate business problems into ML formulations, explain trade-offs to stakeholders, and help clients become AI-first.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end data science role with a focus on real-world impact and knowledge sharing.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Design and deliver end-to-end Data Science and AI solutions from business understanding to deployment and monitoring
- Perform EDA, feature engineering, and data preprocessing on structured and unstructured data
- Develop, train, evaluate, and optimize ML/DL models with appropriate algorithms and validation
- Contribute to Generative AI solutions including LLM-based applications, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures




- Translate business problems into analytical ML formulations and clearly communicate trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support client presentations, demos, and proposals, articulating analytical insights and AI-driven value
- Stay current with advancements in Data Science, ML, DL, and GenAI and share knowledge within the team
- Contribute reusable assets such as code templates, analytical frameworks, and training materials
- Collaborate with senior team members and architects to identify opportunities where AI can transform client operations

Responsabilidades

- Strong foundation in Data Science and hands-on AI engineering
- xugodme Experience across the full data science lifecycle (EDA, feature engineering, modeling, deployment)
- Experience with ML/DL model development, evaluation, and deployment
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and applied AI use cases
- Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions and explain results to stakeholders
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and related AI tooling
- Ability to work in an agile, collaborative delivery environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
