At Foundever™ , we’re looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join our tourism & hospitality project in Málaga. If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and delivering high-quality service — this opportunity is for you.

What You’ll Do

-

- Support customers in Dutch via phone and other channels

- Assist with bookings, guest services & travel-related inquiries

- Provide an excellent customer experience

- Work closely with an international team in a dynamic environment

What We’re Looking For

-

- Full professional fluency in Dutch (native or bilingual level)

- Advanced English

- At least 1 year of customer service experience

- Hospitality, tourism, or sales experience is a strong plus

- Motivation to work in an international environment

- Currently living in Málaga or willing to relocate

What We Offer

- Permanent contract (2-month probation period)

- 39 hours per week

- Start date: ASAP

- On-site training at our central Málaga office (Avenida de Andalucía)

- Competitive salary: €21,500 gross/year + 1.500€ in a Sign Bonus
