Mercor is hiring Castilian Spanish Voice Actors to work directly with a leading AI lab, improving their model's ability to handle and produce audio data. We welcome people with speaking and audio experience through Music, Television, Podcasts, Twitch Streaming, Comedy, YouTube, Radio, or other related fields. You must be a native speaker of Castilian (European) Spanish , born and raised in Spain .

This role is distinct from our Mexican Spanish listing — please apply to the one matching your native variety. You also need to be a proficient English speaker to ensure proper communication during the project. Project logistics Participants are paid $250 USD per finished hour , based on the length of submitted audio.

A professional audio recording setup : a home studio with a professional-grade microphone, soundproofing, an audio interface, a pop filter, and editing software for post-production.
