At Winparts, we are rapidly expanding across Europe, and Iberia plays a key role in our international growth ambitions. That is why we are looking for an entrepreneurial and hands-on E-commerce Specialist who will drive the Spanish market forward. In this role, you combine e-commerce, category management, and supply chain optimization.

You understand what Spanish customers need and continuously improve assortment, availability, pricing, and customer experience. You will act as the local growth driver for Spain while collaborating closely with central teams in pricing, buying, UX, CRO, marketing, and operations. You own the performance of the Spanish market You analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and translate insights into concrete actions.

That is why you actively work on improving stock levels, delivery performance, and operational processes. You monitor conversion, funnel performance, and customer behavior while proactively identifying optimization opportunities. This can include UX improvements, content optimization, pricing adjustments, or stock-related issues.

Together with central teams,



you ensure improvements are implemented quickly and effectively for the Spanish market. You are the voice of the Spanish customer You understand the local market, customer behavior, competition, and trends. You translate these insights into actions that directly impact growth, performance, and customer satisfaction.

As a result, you become the local owner and key representative of the Spanish business within the international organization. 3–6+ years of experience within B2C e-commerce; Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with KPIs, Excel, and BI tools; Fluent in both the Spanish and English language; In this role, you will have a high level of responsibility and direct business impact within a fast‐growing international e‐commerce organization.
