We’re Hiring: Part-Time Associate — Madrid, Spain

Printwise LLC is expanding its operations in Madrid, Spain, and we’re looking for our first local Associate to join us at this exciting stage of growth.

This is a flexible, part-time opportunity for someone who is proactive, dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently. As our local representative in Madrid, you’ll play an important role in supporting client-facing activities and day-to-day local operations.

Your Role

As a Part-Time Associate, you will:

- Attend scheduled client appointments across Madrid
- Assist with the collection, handling, and coordination of business documentation
- Support local operational and administrative requirements
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams
- Represent Printwise LLC and maintain our standards of professionalism and service
- Help support our growing presence in Spain as the business expands

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Organised, responsible, and highly detail-oriented
- Professional, friendly, and client-focused
- Comfortable travelling locally within Madrid for appointments




- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- A strong communicator; proficiency in English is an advantage
- Interested in developing alongside a growing international business
